Too Richh

The few months away from classes. Time to be free, relax and enjoy time off.

I can only flee the area so many times until I realize sitting and working is all I’ve truly done this Summer.

I’ve had my fun, and will have more fun before that solemn day comes when I make my stroll across campus. 

But I’ve truly accomplished not a single thing. 

I realize I put off writing for longer than need be, although I realize it is truly what I love to do.

I realize I don’t speak up enough. 

I realize there is actually nothing wrong with me, so my psychosomatic issues should therefore resolve.

I realize “happiness only real when shared” is a true sentiment for me, but not a necessity. 

I realize I haven’t had enough nights of sitting with a few beers, listening to relaxing tunes, and collecting my late-night ideas. 

I became a drone this Summer, and it’s nice to be breaking out of that shell. 

…I strongly dislike Summer.
